Original thought *including musical instrument, computer engineering inspo, melody inspo, remix inspo, background vocals/sounds Inspo.
This is different than collabing or remixing. This is you taking my idea and creating a beat for yourself. I am not an engineer but I have assisted/contributed over 50% of the sound for top beats created. I know what sounds good and am good at capturing what audiences like. I’ve helped create/remix many top beats under name “Etha” of Etha International based in London.
*Songs, beats, lyrics, rights, royalties, ownership cannot be resold/given to Jay Z and affiliates, Monica, Nicki Minaj, nor other clients of Ms. Deb management. 
*Virtual sessions
*Ask for discount if willing to share publishing rights/royalties on beat, otherwise no rights or royalties for CNK is necessary.
(Of course you would resale the beat for higher.)

*No returns, minor adjustments only. Payment upfront.
*Might be Waitlisted
30 days for you to ask for editing,corrections ,and line filler changes.
*Other cost are separate, and are paid for by purchaser.
This is your contract, print it. Keep receipt. Purchase means you’ve read it and agree.
